Services Offered

We perform all classes of Aviation Medical Examinations. This includes Special Issuance (SI), AME assisted SI examinations, and Conditions an AME can issue (CACI). Pre-examination consultations and concierge services are available for complex or multiple medical conditions that may pose a risk for certification delays.

  • Electrocardiogram (ECG)- $75

  • Premedical consultation- We offer a 30 min consultation for individuals interested in flying but concerned about how their health history or medications they are taking may affect their ability to get a medical certificate. This service is sometimes useful for existing pilots with a significant change in their health status, and wishing to better prepare for an upcoming medical certification examination. 30 min; $50

  • Special Issuance (SI)– additional service for pilots requiring an initial SI or with an existing SI for recertification. This is not uncommon for pilots with complex medical problems.-  30 min; $50

  • Special Issuance Management Services per hour This service is designed for pilots requiring special issuance (SI), and who desire to have us assist in reviewing SI requirements, reviewing materials prior to submission, preparing sample language for documents required by the FAA from attending physicians and/or specialists, and assisting with FAA communication. SI management services can result in increased likelihood and reduced time to medical certification. Fee includes initial consultation, exam, and ongoing services for document review and FAA submission $300.
  • Electronic upload of supporting documents required by the FAA (SI, AME Assisted SI, CACI, etc) This circumvents the normal process of mailing or expedited shipping, and shortens the time for their meaningful receipt by at least two weeks- $25
  • Flexible appointment scheduling for time critical certificate issuances
